I’m sure that you have all noticed by now (I hope!) that I am not a doctor.

I am not (currently) certified in any type of nutrition or exercise fields.

I am simply a person that is sharing my journey to try and live a healthier and more positive life starting with weight loss.  At the time of this writing I have lost a grand total of 145 182 pounds and am married to a man that has lost almost twice that (Yes , the new weight…as in almost 360 pounds)

We can only give “advice” and “suggestions” based on what has worked for us.  Our methods may not work for other people and some things that we eat may not be considered the most healthy of choices.

Essentially this all means, read my rambling at your own risk.

However, I do hope that what can be taken from here is the fact that anyone can do this.  You don’t have to be vegetarian (I didn’t even like vegetables a year ago).  You don’t have to replace all your meals with a shake (but sometimes they’re pretty tasty!).  You DO NOT have to starve yourself.

You just have to not to give up.
